Our small-group sessions (max 8 people) focus on conditioning, strength and technique, with personalised coaching to keep your movement safe, effective, and fun! We offer HYROX, WOD, Strength, Weightlifting and Family WOD (for kids 3-6 years) classes.
Our equipment: kettlebells, barbells, free weights, rings, boxes, land mines, wall balls, rowing machines, sleds, skipping ropes, resistance bands, squat blocks and foam rollers.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience.
No prior knowledge of strength or Cross-training is needed — our coaches will guide and demonstrate every movement. We also warmly welcome those returning to training after a long break, with a focus on safety.
