Group classes are the foundation of Kruunisactive. In group classes, you get to practice the foundation of your physical health:

WOD
Classic "Cross-training" style workout. The classes often follow a format: Warm up, strength and metcon. With kettlebells!

DROP-OFF WOD

Perfect for busy mums and dads! Drop your kid off at daycare and train. Home to shower and be present at your first work meeting at 9.00. This training will be bodyweight only.

STRENGTH & SKILL

Beginner friendly class with a focus on technique and strength training. The simple goal is to teach our bodies how to move. Perfect class to start!​

FANTASTIC 50

"More State of Mind than an Age"

Now is the time to enjoy life, while being mindful that the miles traveled require maintenance. That's why this class focuses on physical exercises that maintain and improve functionality, while also teaching new skills with respect to individual limitations.

WEIGHTLIFTING

Learn the basic weightlifting movements (Snatch, Clean & Jerk). This class has a strong focus on technique and it is very beginner's friendly.
 

FAMILY WOD

Come together with your child (2-5 yrs). Your child will learn basic movement patterns and balance, that will help you and your little one later in life & most importantly..have fun!

FIT DADDY

The class focuses on functional bodybuilding, which means strength/bodybuilding focus, but with healthy and functioning movement patterns at the core.
